During our consultation, which typically lasts one hour, we will conduct a thorough assessment of your body composition by measuring various factors such as weight, body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, bone density, water hydration level, BMI (Body Mass Index), BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), body circumference and measurements, blood pressure, and fitness test results. Additionally, we will provide nutritional counseling tailored to your specific needs.
Initital consultations are Free when purchasing a Personal Training Package of 10 sessions or more. Personal training package must be paid on the day of consultation if not consult fee is collected and then applied to payment once personal training package has been paid.
