Tone You Up · 45–50 minutes · All levels · Live on Zoom

Sculpt, strengthen, and tighten from home. This energizing, low-impact class uses smart sequencing and time-under-tension to target glutes, legs, arms, and core. Expect controlled reps, pulsing finishers, and form cues that keep your joints happy while your muscles really work. Options are given for every level.

What to expect

  • Dynamic warm-up to fire up hips, shoulders, and core

  • Strength circuits (upper/lower/core) + isolation burnouts

  • Tempo work, pulses, and holds for definition

  • Finisher + mobility cool-down to leave you lengthened

You’ll need

  • Mat, water, and space to move
