What if you can't attend all boot camp days and times, will i receive a credit for missed sessions?
No, boot camp packages are not sold on daily or weekly basis. If you miss a session it is considered forfeited.
What if I cannot pay online for my boot camp? Can I pay by check or cash?
No, only online payments are accepted. If the name on the card differs from the registrant please send a contact us message stating the correct name.
If it rains will classes be conducted?
Yes,classes are conducted when it rains. If it is severe weather conditions, then it is at the trainers discretion to cancel the class.
Who do I contact if I have a payment issue or need to use a discount or promotion? All payment and accounting issues are addressed to attention: David Goldman accounting@toneyouup.com
Who do I contact about classes schedules , or making appointments? All questions are sent to attention cheztrainer@toneyouup.com
Can I sign up for more than one program at a time? Yes, simply register for the classes you wish to atttend and your name will be placed on the roster.
What age group can participate in boot camp? Age 7-65
What do I need to bring to class? Matt, towel, bottle water, 5lb-10lb weights, and a positive atttude.
